Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is definately moving in a positive direction, on just about every block there are new houses or houses that are being renovated or restored. its not perfect yet but it has come a long way. I truely believe that few more Good investors and a few more Good home owners will make the difference and thats only my personal opinion.
