Property amenities include gym, business center, pool with bbq area, and car care area. There is on-site maintenance, as well as emergency maintenance. Gated community. Dogs and cats are allowed, some breed restrictions on dogs. I will leave my window fixtures upon request. I also have a medium-sized bookcase that I cannot bring with me.
