I have a job in Europe, otherwise I would stay here forever. Apartment: It's the Cactus Rose 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1213 sq. ft apartment, washer and dryer, huge walk-in closet in master and walk-in shower in bathroom, alarm (if you want to set it up) This is in Scottsdale Ranch, so the amenities and the area are very nice, very safe, across the street from a huge park, 1 mile away from Safeway/shops. Really relaxed quiet neighborhood, lots of people retire here. Neighbors were nice and never bothered me about noise (I'm 23 and social) It comes with a balcony wide enough to park bikes (in the video) that looks right over the putting green (yes it comes with putt-putt) and a Big Stone Carport to park your car Community is okay with dogs/cats but I don't have one WHY I CHOSE IT: It's a 2 bedroom with High ceilings that make it feel huge, but the most important thing to me was the smell and the sound. It's dead quiet in here because of the huge brick walls, and the carpet is plush and new so it smells very clean in here. The view from every window looks like paradise with all the hummingbirds and palm trees, they do a great job making it a fantastic environment. I was the last person to get the special here when I moved in, these apartments booked for a year right when the weather changed so its hard to get into, also why they don't have to do much marketing and the website doesn't show a ton of photos. This apartment does not come with the furniture, I plan to clean it out before giving it to you. BENEFITS: I'll pay your application fee, I already paid the deposit, and I'll leave you any furniture you want to buy from me - otherwise I'm going to sell everything before I hand the lease over to you (but we can talk about it, anything I can't sell that you want I can leave for you, like detergent and stuff) Thanks, let me know with any questions or for a walkthrough!
