No guarantees on appliances but the stove and refrigerator are about 5 years old and all the appliances are currently in good working order. I am really going to miss them because neighborhoods like this are hard to find. since I do not have kids in school, I don't know much about the schools other than Parkland, Newman, Andress and several other schools are within easy walking distance.
