Brand new flat screen TV in living room, new TV in Master Suite as well as TVs in the other two bedrooms as well. You will love the new look! One of the best features of High Pointe Resort is the walking proximity to some of 30-A's fabulous restaurants, boutique shops, and fun outdoor festivities! High Pointe Resort is nestled between two of the most prestigious planned communities on 30-A, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. High Pointe Resort is a gated community with private beach access. Each bedroom has a NEW flat screen TV. The QUEEN SIZE sleeper sofa with gel foam mattress, provides additional sleeping arrangements allowing the unit to sleep 10 comfortably. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of your necessary cooking tools. There is seating for six at the dining room table plus four additional stools at the breakfast bar. The open floor plan allows everyone to take part in the vacation memories! Some of our favorite things to do when we visit the beach, besides playing on the sandy white beach, are to put the kids in the stroller and walk down to the Sugar Shak in Rosemary Beach for a sweet treat, walk across 30-A to view the local artwork, and stroll down to Alys Beach for dinner at George's. You will be amazed how close you are to everything! During the summer season the following activities will be available; Kids Camp and Kids Night Out (babysitting service) onsite Food and beverage service by the pool by Crabby Steve's Sunday Family Night BBQ by the pool by Crabby Steve's Expanded watersports (paddleboards, surfboards, small sailing craft, etc.) and watersports lessons on the beach Tennis Pro available for individual and group lessons Free Beach Bonfire every Wednesday night sponsored by a rental management company Free Golf Practice Cage (year round starting March 31), located behind the Resort Quest building across from building #3. Located next to Rosemary beach this self contained resort has an abundance of perks. Discover the refreshing tropical lagoon pool with graceful palm trees and cascading waterfalls, a large heated whirlpool and kiddie pool, inground grills, kiddie playground, and shuffleboard. Enjoy your favorite beverage and food at the Gulf Side Beach Bar and Grill. Bike, jog or walk along the path that runs parallel to the resort.
