High Pointe Resort is located on the east end of 30-a, just a few yards between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach for shopping and dining. This complex features a large lagoon pool, lush grounds, tennis courts, play area for children and,(seasonally)a beachside bar and grill overlooking the gulf. Each bldg. also has a porte-cochere. Great rental history as "Gold" on Wyndham Vacation Rentals ($28,450 in 2013- ask listing agent for details of owner usage, etc.). Of note is that very few complexes have the expansive grounds, green space and large beach that High Pointe Resort affords, plus the complex is gated with security.
