Ownership at Timberwoods Resort is unique in that you are a shareholder of the Resort, and own your own property. This location is one of the most private locations. Great for peace and quiet. Being just an hour from the cities makes it super easy to pop in and out, or maximize those precious summer weekends - no getting caught in traffic for 4 hours! If you love to socialize there's plenty of opportunity for that as well, with a great community built in. Minimal HOA cost takes care of all the community resources, water, garbage, septic etc. which is split up between summer and fall. You are responsible for electric, internet and lift installation removal - if you have one. However, the lifts are contracted out by the resort, so it's no work for you! In 2024, the cost was $150 in, $150 out. The resort has a beautiful swimming beach on Lake Augusta, a playground for kids, basketball, and more.
