New Home built in 2024 very close to the Veterans and US 41, within 1 miles to the newly built Moffit cancer center, and reasonably close to I75. New Lagoons being built very close and within 30 minutes to the ocean, natural springs, and 40 minutes to Tampa. There are also natural trails within walking distance. The room will have a microwave and mini fridge and is already furnished with TV entertainment center, bed etc. There is a shared bathroom but will mainly be for the renter as we have our own bathroom in the master bedroom, and will only be shared if guests are present. There is laundry on site and a Kitchen that can be used when not in use by the owners. The owner's are a married same sex couple one works from the home office. No smoking, no drug use, and will discuss overnight guests. Vaping is ok, Drinking within reason ok. This is a smoke free home. The parking would be in front of the garage (left side). The room should be kept clean, we live somewhat in the country and want to avoid pests, and so not food should be left out in the room. The Lease would be month-to-month with a 30 day notice termination period. The bathroom will mainly be used by the Room renter as well and should be kept clean. If doing laundry please do not leave cloths in washer/dryer for extended periods. and also prefer dishes not be left in the sink. in the fridge and pantry we will have a small extra space for the renter.
