    Looking for someone to take over my lease until the end of July!! One room available for rent in a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. You will have your own room and private bathroom, and a shared living space. The main living space is already furnished, and the house has a full-amenities kitchen and a brand-new washer and dryer. There's a one-car garage and shed for storage, and a full fenced-in backyard with a covered patio. Photos show the house pre-move in, I can send current photos of it furnished upon request. Roommates are quiet, respectful, and keep to themselves. All they ask is that you clean up after yourself. Upon move in, your name will be added to the lease and you will need to cover the security deposit. Looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. The lease has been renewed until the end of July 2026. You must stay at least until the current lease ends at the end of July but have the option to be added to the lease for the next year as well.
