Beautiful open floor plan. So nicely laid out. Large kitchen with large island and top quality appliances. Medium-colored Bamboo flooring, glued down (not floated). Nicest floor I have ever seen, and so very solid (Warranty is for life of home!). Fireplace facing at 45 degree angle, to the side of large recessed area (for TV, shelving, sound). Big Master with walk-in closet, Shower and corner tub (separate). 10 Foot ceilings throughout house add to sense of spaciousness, and aid in insulation. House almost *never* requires A/C to be on, even when it's >100 degrees outside. Always stays at 78, day after day. Amazing. Third garage is separate from main, and converted to large play room / workout room (or workshop if you wanted). Fully landscaped backyard with Palm trees, grass with edging, and large flowing patio. 18 foot circular section is thicker cement to support above ground pool (with electrical). We put pool up annually. Like this solution.
