Gas grill available for tenant's use. Parking in private GVRH lot available 30' from entrance. Security doors front and back. This is a 55+ community so at least one occupant must be 55 years old. Rent includes utilities, TV and basic internet. The Rent for the entire rental period (for example, 3 months) is payable at move in. NO SMOKING in unit. Townhouse is available mid-December until mid-April but will consider 3 month rental. . There is a $50 cleaning fee payable with the move-in rent of $1700 per month. Contact owner for availability/reservation. $300 deposit required to hold unit until move-in. $300 then credited toward the rent. This is a private home used intermittently by owner's family.
