New home that we would like to build next year. Home should rent for $2,500. Initially, we will build an 'L' shaped dock for a small fish camp to dock a boat for a family to enjoy on a weekly basis. We already have an approved permit with the MS Department of Marine Resources and after building this dock we will apply to Coast Electric to have electric poles and electricity run to dock. Listing property early to initiate finding families interested in renting a waterfront home or renting a Fish Camp spot for their boat in BSL on Breath Bayou! Fish Camp spot for boat will be rented and is negotiable :)
