It is about 5 minutes away from Mountain view hospital and 2 minutes away from the neighborhood Walmart. A las cruces police department is located about 2 minutes from the house. There is a small patch of nice grass that requires upkeep. We have fully installed irrigation system. I pay for monthly landscaping services. I just ask that the grass gets watered as per seasonal conditions (once every 2-3 weeks in the winter and 2-3 times per week in the summer).
