Rent our luxury 1-bed furnished Foundry apartment in Spring 2020! My husband and I just purchased a house, so we no longer need our apartment. Our loss is your gain. The apartment is one of the nicest Foundry 1-bedroom units - top floor, good view, high ceilings, super quiet, and five huge windows make it super bright. Stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven/range, dishwasher, microwave); granite countertops; comes furnished with bed, small sofa, and tables. Washer/dryer in unit. We're the first inhabitants of the apartment (as of August 2019), so it's virtually new. Foundry also has a gym and common rooms free for resident use. Parking available (we have one garage spot and one spot in the parking lot next to our apartment). Foundry one-bed units run $1100-1400/month; we're hoping to get at least $800/month (plus utilities) back (exact price negotiable based on demand). Our lease runs through July, and our apartment is available as soon as January. Management allows pets with a fee.
