This modern, spacious, fully furnished home is available as a holiday rental for a minimum of 30 days between November 23rd, 2024, and January 5, 2025. Time beyond 30 days will be pro-rated. The home is within easy walking distance of all that Glenwood Springs offers while being tucked away in a quiet corner of downtown, away from the bustle of Grand Ave. The layout of our home is as follows: The open-concept living/dining/kitchen space with ten-foot ceilings is on the first floor with access to the driveway, front patio, and yard. The pantry, laundry room, bathroom, and two bedrooms are also on the ground floor. One ground-floor bedroom has a single twin bed, and the second has two twin beds. The spacious primary suite with a king bed is on the second floor with vaulted ceilings and access to a large balcony. The front yard is available for guest enjoyment, where we have a patio with outdoor seating, gas fireplace, and gas grill. Guests will have sole access to the 2400-square-foot primary home and front yard. Two acoustically insulated small ADUs with separate access are located at the rear of the home and rented separately. This is our primary home, which we are short-term renting during an extended vacation. We will remove personal items and have the home professionally cleaned to allow this home to become your space during your stay. Cleaning services during your stay are available on request. All utilities, including wifi, are included. $250 cleaning fee.
