On campus! Students at UNT love this place! A bit small and sometimes cramped but crazy and funky home is the most fun you will ever have in a house. Across the street from UNT. This 3-plex is amazing. This is a super fun and very different house! The unit is #C that is available 4-bedroom (we call it 2 bedroom with 2 small offices that could also be bedrooms), 2-bathroom home. We are always asked why it is so inexpensive. The reason is that the rooms are a bit small, sort of the "Ikea" style or the Japan futon bed style. Small but very adequate.(see walk thru and pictures on our external website. AtHomeInCollege Com) Has 2 big bedrooms and 2 small bedrooms (that could be study rooms) The home provides a fully updated kitchen with all the appliances, a great washer and dryer set included also. The rooms have steeply pitched ceilings, as you can see in the pictures, which gives it that European look but is also a challenge for tall folks. Beautiful bathrooms and immediate proximity to the UNT campus and the Denton town square make it all worth it! Famous "leather floors" and free off-street parking too! See more at our website.
