Washer/Dryer not furnished, but hookups provided. No dishwasher. Water/Sewer/Trash/Lawn services are included in the rent, but Tenant is responsible for paying the electricity bill. Do not drive into the driveway without an appointment. $1000 security deposit, 1st month's rent, and signed one-year lease is required at time of rental. Proof of monthly gross income in the amount of 3 x rent. Background/Credit check (at applicant's expense) required for each adult tenant. NO PETS. One-year signed lease required. Each adult tenant must pass a background/credit check and sign the lease agreement. Landlord pays *water/sewer/trash/lawn services. (*if a washer is installed, there may be an extra monthly fee for water usage above the minimum) Tenant pays for their own electricity. Late fee will be charged if rent is not paid on time. NO storage or junk of any kind is permitted outside on porch, or in the yard. Pools, trampolines, swing sets, and washing of vehicles are strictly prohibited. This unit is in a duplex and another rental home sits behind it, so the outdoor area and parking spaces are shared with residents of all three rentals. Due to limited space, a maximum of two vehicles/per unit is allowed to park on a daily basis. Parking is not permitted on the street, nor in the front yard of the duplex. Out of respect and courtesy for all neighbors; loud music, fireworks, and large gatherings/parties are not permitted.
