Parking is street only, and a pass is needed for longer stays (avoid tickets). On Tuesdays, all cars in front of the house must be moved for street cleaning. Trash pickup is daily. Trash, Water, and sewage are included in the rent. Lease is available for short and long-term residency. The deposit is the first and last month's rent.
