This large room is available for any use including office with view. It is just outside the main entrance to the guest house. Laundry room is a shared stand alone structure. All water is treated with a whole-house activated carbon filter system and a water softener. This cottage also has a reverse osmosis filter with two other filters inline. Never buy drinking water! This cottage has Cat5 connections in main activity areas and wireless. This home is in the best walking area in Cupertino with the park entrance just below it. Rental agreement is month to month but we hope for a long term tenant. All utilities and internet service are paid for by landlord. We will consider a company renting this home for their employees and/or consultants. It is fully furnished but landlord will move some or most of furnishings out so renter can move their furnishings in.
