It is a stand alone unit; basically a small house. It is all electric. It has window a/c and baseboard heat. The kitchen is furnished with a stove and refrigerator. It has washer/dryer hook-ups. It comes with sole use of the driveway. Standard one year lease. No smoking. The only thing that we pay is the trash. Tenant is responsible for electric, water and sewer; then, of course, phone and cable/internet if desired. We do check references and background. We are pet friendly, but it depends on what kind and how many. If approved, there is a separate pet agreement, pet deposit and monthly pet fees required.
