Some pets are allowed at the owner's discretion. They'll be a $300 nonrefundable pet fee and a $35 monthly fee on top of the $1900 for rent. All payments should be received by the first of every month. If rent is past the fifth of every month, there will be a $50 late fee. Absolutely no smoking inside of the house. Minimum of six month up to a 12 month lease are available at tenants discretion.
