We have a school 2 blocks away and a collage 10 minutes away. The great city of Nashville is an hour away and Franklin only 45 minutes! All in All This house has minor things to be fixed and cleaned. Honestly if repairs were to be put into this house at most it would cost would be around 5 to 10 grand. And that's new carpet, professionally painted walls and a fireplace cleaner. Honestly there's nothing wrong with the house, we just had the foundation checked and everything is sound. We did have leaking in the basement but we sealed it and repainted it. There is a window that needs a new pane of glass in it because if a crack but still functions well. Really great house, I've lived here my entire life and now sadly it's time to pass her on to someone who will take care of her and create new memories and experiences here.
