With the application, you will be required to provide information for 3 previous residents and your current employer for reference. This neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It is only about 9 minutes from Mississippi State campus, and about 3 minutes from Walmart and Kroger. If you do choose to bring a pet, it is a $500 pet fee. Pets over 25 lb are not usually allowed. Rent is paid with check or money order on the 1st of every month. The lease is December-July with the option to sign again this summer.
