Walk to downtown is about 7 minutes. Easy access to public transportation. It takes 5 mintues to 520 or I-90. It take 15 minutes to Bellevue. It takes 15-20 minutes to Redmond. This is a corner unit. Underneath the hardwood floor and marble, it is all 100% concrete. There will be no complaints of noise from the floor below, which is the high end Acme Barbershop. There is one huge lockable storage. I have one of very few parking spots that is separated by two concrete pillars. This adds more space between other cars. If you lived in a condo, you know that when there are 3 adjacent spots and if one car parks outside or close to the designated parking line, it can get pretty crammed.
