The neighborhood and lot is what sold us on this house. We walked away from it initially because of the extensive remodeling we would want to do, but could find nothing to compare with the beautiful grounds, the neighborhood, and the privacy. The neighbors are all great and all have large yards so no one frets about lot lines, etc. The utilities are all underground so no ugly poles or wires to the house. I walked the entire neighborhood every day. People are friendly and always wave whether they meet in the car or on foot. If I could move THAT house to my new location, I would.
