No smoking inside. One small pet is allowed. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Cable TV wiring is already done, with several options in most rooms. MINIMUM NET INCOME to qualify is $210/month. We don't approve leases where there is a pending or past eviction. Good employment and rental history are required. Must have clean criminal background.
