It's two bedroom house with stove and fridge included. Living room is open concept to the kitchen.. It has central air and a nice back yard.. The floors was newly installed and the kitchen was updated.. This house was my first home and I love it.. I hope you will see the value of this house like I did.. Renter is responsible for water and electric. This house is all electric.. Renters is also responsible to get the yard cut and trim and clean. No smoking is allowed in the house.. The landlord, will come and check the house every 3months. One pet is allowed in the house.. Any damage that your pet does towards the house, the tenant will be responsible to repair or pay the landlord to fixed.. All the appliances must stay in the rent house. The renter is responsible to install new filters when needed..
