Upstairs has a loft, bedroom, and bathroom (brand new unused toilet seat). $1,500/month includes utilities and housecleaning twice a month. The bedroom has a mini fridge and its own AC unit. Everything in the photos can be used or removed. I also have the top mattress to the bed if requested. Garage or street parking is available. Shared would be the downstairs fridge, cupboards, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. About me : I am a full time teacher. I live with my dog and 2 cats. My boyfriend visits frequently. If interested a lease would need to be signed. First month's rent (minus the days prior to move in date) and a deposit of $1,500 is required. An agreed lease will be signed.
