I am currently in the process of remodeling and will be finished within the next couple months. I would be willing to sell before I finish if someone is interested in taking over, but will not sell for lowball offers. The price will be going up as the remodel continues. The house is paid for and I am in no rush whatsoever to sell. I will post pictures once I complete the remodel. (I do not need or want help selling this home)
