The living room is quite large two big windows and a fan. kitchen is big enough for a very large dining room table. lots of cupboards and counters space. Laundry is on the first floor with hookup for washer and dryer. There's one standard size bedroom and the second bedroom is huge. there's room for a sitting room or office and king size bed. There are two of closets. Floors are water proof vinyl. Windows new this year. There's a balcony off the kitchen where there is a nice view of trees. Some tenants have been in this building for years. Everyone is close and get along. This is there home and any new tenant we hope will feel the same. This is the no smoking building. And no pets There's a one year lease and after that it goes to a month to month rent. The trash and yard care is done by the owner
