Our home is well maintained with some updates. It is off grid with solar power only. In 2023, we replaced the floor insulation; put in new plumbing fixtures; replaced toilets and the water heater; refreshed the vanities in both bathrooms; painted the outside; painted most of the inside; and added both decks. In 2025, we refreshed the kitchen and laundry area, and added a pass through to the living room. We have added wood accents to all rooms. We are currently working on drilling a well, and we have 1400 gallons water storage tanks. Please note: We are working on the well and other updates. There could be a price increase as we finish these projects.
