The condo is a 10 minute walk to the Village and provides easy access to chairlift rides, mountain biking and hiking trails, and horseback riding throughout the spectacular alpine hillside. The condo's back deck overlooks the shoreline of Schweitzer Creek. From the deck, we have seen black bears eating huckleberries along the creek and enjoying the cool, rushing water. The condo has an assigned, enclosed garage; a very comfortable and updated living room space; and it comes fully stocked with linens, blankets, appliances, cooking pots/pans, dishes, utensils, and everything you need for a relaxing summer on the Mountain. Sandpoint and Lake Pend Oreille are a 25 minute drive down the mountain. Roku TV, connected to Internet for streaming, Netflix, etc. All utilities included in rent. Month to month lease available for May-November. Not available once ski season starts.
