The homeowners occasionally stay on the first floor but View Street Retreat tenants have their own separate driveway and separate front door entry. It features a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, countertop convection oven, dual hot plates, and stack washer/dryer unit. There is also a small bistro table with 4 stools. At 4 o'clock, you enter the master ensuite bedroom with a queen-size bed, full bathroom, custom closet, and TV. The other bedroom with a king-size bed is at 8 o'clock. There is a living room with TV and leather sectional sofa at 10 o'clock and the other full bathroom is at 12 o'clock. Showing by appointment only. A face covering and 6ft social distancing required at all times during showings. No Smoking. No Pets. Maximum of 2 vehicles parked in driveway only. No street or yard parking. Apartment is fully furnished...bedding and towels not included but are negotiable. Utilities, wifi, and cable tv with Netflix included. Criteria to rent includes proof of current employment (verification of income, W-2s, and employer contact info) or bank statement reflecting sufficient funds, good rental history with no evictions and providing current and previous landlord contact info, credit score of 720 or better, and an all clear background check. There is a $29 non-refundable application fee to be paid directly to Zillow upon submitting rental application.
