We collect a first and last months rent instead of a deposit. For properties that allow pets we have a $250 per pet non-refundable pet fee as well as $20 per pet per month. We ask that you please drive by the property to make sure that you like the home and the area it is in. We also require on all or rentals that the applicant has verifiable income to be at least 3 times the rent in take home pay, a clean rental history, and no evictions or rental judgements.
