Hello! I'm looking for a roommate to live with me and my two fur babies, Lilo and Mischa (pictured below). I have a place already, and I'm looking to fill the second bedroom, which includes a beautiful loft space and crawl space for storage. The second bedroom is smaller, but with the separate loft + crawl space, it is the larger living space. The whole unit rents for $2400, so rent would be 50/50 (rent includes water and trash; power, gas, internet are separate). Pets considered on a case-by-case basis because I am allergic to most dogs. The pictures below were taken in the summer time, and show the previous tenant's furniture because I'm still getting the place decorated. But, I have a 65" 4k TV + entertainment center, a live-edge coffee table, and a couch. I also have a patio table and chaise lounge out on the deck, and there is access to a hot tub and Weber grill.
