It is an amazing apartment at an incredible price with all the Amenities of a luxury apartment building. The leasing and maintenance staff here are awesome. They host events every single weekend for the tenants and their guests. This weekend is a free french toast bar, if that tells you anything. My favorite part of the place is that the parking garage goes to every single floor, so you don't have to ride the elevator down to a basement to your car. Your car is right on your floor, making unloading groceries that much easier. There are many perks to living here, so please let me know if you're interested! Studios this close to uptown are hard to come by, I know. Especially at this price! I am looking to start subleasing early to mid-August but am flexible. I just started this lease last month, and my boyfriend just found out he got a new job here, so this is basically a full term lease to take over. And is yours after that if you want to continue living here. They just require I sublease instead of breaking the lease, so here we are!
