Near main intersection of Western and Santa Monica in East Hollywood/Melrose Hill area. Walking distance from bus routes, fast food, Smart & Final, restaurants, Zumba and a couple weed shops. Up and coming area that is located close to the 101 freeway, and very centrally located. rent is $2400, new occupants are responsible for 1/3 the rent $800 each. Plus all utilities (water/gas/electric/trash/WiFi) price varies- internet is $25, the rest is usually around $150-200 every 2 months. Deposit: $800. $35 application fee/credit check. MUST be HAVE GOOD CREDIT OR CO-SIGNER) Must love cats!! Pets allowed with $300 pet deposit, thought there are already 2 cats- so they would have to get along w my babies. 1 year lease, but we all stayed 4-5 years so far.
