Big washer and dryer room with two extra closet next to it. Big community swimming pool with Hawai'i water fall, freindly walking trails. The Publix, Kroger with fuel station and Chick Fil A are within 3 miles, QT and Race Trac, Speedway, McDonald's, Zaxby's, Arby's, Mexican restaurants within five miles. Beautiful country road. Most importantly, the great ratings on elementry, middle and high school of City of Jefferson school system! Renters are responsible for eletric, water and waste service, WiFi and home security system are optional. absolutely no smoking in the house, renters will be charged the full security amount, which is $2300.00 . Pets are welcome, non-refundble $300 per pet, the pets owners/renters are responsible for any damages to the house. The renter can paint the wall, but have to paint it back to original color when the lease up. Renters are responsible for the lawn care.
