According to architectural drawings dated 1905, some of which remain on the property, it is an example of the Colonial Revival style home designed by W.P. Feth and sits in the prestigious South Broadway area of Leavenworth. The home has been totally updated and includes the addition of a dormer, 3 separate Central Air units for zoned heating & cooling, and a two-thirds basement which has the potential for a workshop. Architectural details include a full-length entrance porch on square tapered posts with turned balusters in the railing and a pedimented central porch entrance.
