My wife and I have to unfortunately find someone to take over our lease. We have to help her family with expenses while her mom is sick, but we just signed a new lease . So we're looking for someone to take over our lease starting on September 22 of this year and ending September of next year. It's a surprisingly spacious one bedroom/one bath at 1155.75/mo. Vinyl wood flooring, lots of natural light, has a patio. You would have to apply with our leasing office still, of course, and go through their screening. There's a $300 transfer fee you'd be responsible for. We had hoped to stay here as long as we could, we really liked this place, but unfortunately our circumstances have changed and we just really need some help. Thanks for taking the time to read Utilities billed after base rent. It depends on your usage. Srp separate as well. 12 month lease. The management has always been super chill with us. Clean and move amenities. 3 pools, grills, lots of little grass courtyards and trees, a gym. Security patrols at night. Maintenance has always been great as well.
