The manufactured home is old, but structurally sound. It needs a remodel if the unit is going to remain on the property permanently. Everything works and at present its the kind of place that a bachelor like myself is comfortable in, but should be remodeled before anyone else were to move in should I choose to sell. It sits on just under 1 acre... .96 Acres if I remember correctly.
