Hello! I have an unfurnished 110 square foot room with a large window that fills the space with natural light. It is across the hall from a full private bathroom and laundry room. The house has a spacious kitchen, a big primary living room and a nice dining room. The backyard provides a nice outdoor space to relax. I have a security system with outdoor cameras for our safety. Utilities will be split evenly (water, gas, electric, internet, security) and is usually $80/month per person. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. One important note: I prefer a no-shoes policy inside the house. It helps maintain cleanliness, and it is also a cultural preference. No couples please! No pets! No smoking allowed. No shoes allowed in the house. I have a driveway you can park on. We will need to work together to keep the house clean.
