Fully furnished, includes towels, dishes, silverware, etc. I would like to leave furniture, but I can remove a lot of it if needed, would like to leave large blue couch and some other stuff but I can be flexible, PM for more info. Tons of money just put into the house, new fence in the backyard, brand new bathrooms, new tub, new tile shower. Beds are newer with all new comforters and sheets. Big house, MASSIVE TVs! Easily fits a full family, two living rooms, garage works great and can park car in garage for the winter. If you need to move in right away let me know, can move in, in as little as 24 hours. I will cancel upcoming bookings and start full lease if tenant is well qualified. Renter is responsible for all utilities including internet, water, cable, electrical, gas, etc.. Landlord will immediately repair anything that breaks due to mechanical failure. Will consider lease terms of all lengths from 1-3 months up to several years.
