We have absolutely loved living here but are needing to move for work. We are hoping to find a reliable renter who will enjoy living in this home as much as we have. 1 year lease minimum. Pets are okay upon approval ($400 deposit). No smoking. Electricity, gas, and internet will need to be put into renters name. Utilities (water, sewer, trash, recycling) will be billed separately and paid with rent ($100 total). Renters insurance required. Lease can start mid march at the soonest.
