No smoking/vaping. Pets are allowed with negotiation-there is a non-refundable one-time deposit of $350 per pet. We are asking that if the pets cause any severe structural damage to the property, the tenant will be responsible for fixing those damages. Renter is responsible for lawn care/maintenance. If large appliances (air conditioning, heating) problems arise, then owner will be responsible for it. Smaller problems will be the renter's responsibility.
