The HOA has done a good job maintaining the surrounding area and there is a pool and plenty of walking paths. I have lived here for 2 years and I have enjoyed this location due to its proximity to a lot of stores and it's highway access. It is also in the Cherry Creek school district. The HOA payment is included in the base rent. The HOA covers water, parking, area maintenance, and trash. Tenants are responsible for their own electricity, gas, and internet. I do not mind animals, just as long as they're not a disturbance.
