Two rooms available for rent you may choose one of them for rent. With the free use of the house utilities such as the kitchen and laundry room both rooms will have a bed and some storage space when choosing the two available rooms one is upstairs the others one is downstairs. Be mindful of others people living space and room. Please make your rent payment at the start of the month if possible the due date is the last week of the month. Please explain to the landlord why you may miss a payment to extend the payment window. Any late payment will have to pay an extra of 20 dollars for each late payment.There is no smoking in the house please do it out side and no pets allowed in the house. If for any reason you may be gone from the house for long periods of time please give me your phone number, email or others form of response telling me you may be out of the house for couple of days, weeks, or a month before you leave.
