My Great-Grandfather bought 3 lots in 1921, and built the garage first. Himself and my Great-Grandmother lived in the garage while they built the house themselves, and moved in in late 1922. They sold the lot next door in the late 20's as a larger lot. This lot is close to a double lot for the size, and its HUGE! Our dog loves his yard!
