Beautiful and spacious master bedroom with a balcony, walk in closet, and master bathroom with double vanity. The townhome is 2,300 sq ft with three levels, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, tons of storage, and private patio with a garden, and easy parking. The housing complex also includes a clubhouse and a pool. We are two male college students, looking for two roommates to share the master bedroom, as our current roommates are moving out of state. We are open to having roommates that are partners or friends, of any gender. We are responsible, clean, polite, have a basement cat, and a chill landlord. We have no issues with alcohol use, but no smoking as HOA doesn't allow it. Pets are welcome as long as they're well mannered. We like to keep the place clean and fairly cool, around 68 to 70 . The townhome is partially furnished and we plan on fully furnishing it again whether that is through new roommates furniture or our own. Lease opens as soon as August 22nd. Duration is flexible, but we would prefer at least a year.
