Tenant pays water/sewer flat fee of $50 (for up to double occupancy) and is fully responsible for all other utilities. We have a firm no pet policy. Unit should be ready for move-in by February 1st. First months rent and security deposit of $2,000 to move in. Credit check and background check are required; each 18+ y/o applicant pays a non-refundable fee to 3rd party ($39.99 per person).
