Very walkable. 1 dedicated off-street parking spot plus 1 guest parking spotand plenty of street parking available directly behind property. Tenant pays water/sewer flat fee of $50 (for up to double occupancy) and is fully responsible for all other utilities. We have a firm no pet policy. Unit should be ready for move-in by February 1st.
